An additional issue with the TARDIS is not only that nav system is fucked, but the Doctor isn't really much of an expert on TARDIS operation even if it did work.

2020-09-23 18:03:33 +0000 UTCThe Monk could have independently encountered the Daleks on his own travels, the next time the Doctor sees him the Monk is Death's Champion and Seven is the Doctor, then he returns in a new incarnation in Eighth Doctor audios.
