2020-09-14 05:02:47 +0000 UTCOn Katniss's intact house: The books are a little clearer that Victors' Village is a mile or so out of town, and wasn't targeted because the Capitol wanted to have someplace to stay... and, it's implied, so Snow could leave little bits of torture around Katniss's house. There's a lot about 13 that gets skipped and somewhat changed; it's worth a read when you're done.
