And leaving the Drahvins is pretty true to the First Doctor's character he'd do that in those circumstances.

2020-08-19 12:01:31 +0000 UTCI don't know what people were saying on Twitter but Mortimus(The Monk) is most assuredly a Time Lord, he's never directly stated as Time Lord on-screen because the term didn't exist yet but he's always treated as a Time Lord and even regenerates in off-screen stories. He was at the Time Lord Academy at the same time as the Doctor.
