Ok, but of all the doctors to use them, the twelfth Doctor?! That's another thing wrong with this story and this series overall. The sudden shift in characterisation for the twelfth Doctor. Capaldi's been turned into Matt Smith 2.0 and it makes no sense whatsoever. The moment he rode in on the tank, playing electric guitar is horrible. It's been said that's the moment hundreds of thousands of people quit watching Doctor Who. The evidence is certainly there in the ratings....
