This episode is particularly divisive but lemme tell you a few things I really like. 1.) I think Capaldi excels in this episode as playing 'alien'. He pushes her way too far and then we have the fallout from it. 2.) I Love the look of the moon, they recreated that perfectly. Bonus Point) Murray Gold's Score - He never fails to capture the moment. I dunno people do rag on this episode quite a bit, but while it's not my favourite of the season, I think it's a decent one

2020-05-01 04:25:42 +0000 UTCGlad you liked this, it really really divided fans at the time, the whole new moon egg thing lol, but I'm like you - no logical expected flow int his story, it went in a very different direction - unexpected behaviour from Capaldi, real tension between Doctor and Clara. I "think" you are beginning to like Capaldi, but you just don't know it yet. When I watched this season I really liked Listen, but it was a future episode where Capaldi finally became the Doctor.
