We Haven't Talked in a While
Added 2020-04-01 02:50:48 +0000 UTCSome of you have noticed that I have been late on posting episodes (especially this week). Even with my arm healed, I haven't caught up with my work and I apologize for that. However, I do expect that this will change soon. Steven Universe Future will end this week. Clone Wars is half way through and there are only 3 episodes left of Picard. While these shows ending will help, the biggest help will be Sherlock ending. Although I love Sherlock, it's no secret that it has been a difficult show in terms of editing. Once Sherlock and the current shows are completed, I will return to the correct upload schedule here on Patreon; hopefully, without taking a week off to do so. That does mean 3 more weeks of late uploads so I hope you can bear with me.
On the topic of Sherlock ending, I do not plan to replace it immediately and, when I do, it won't be with another series. Instead, I want to start doing movie reactions every two weeks (so that it's easier to handle than Sherlock). The first one will be posted on the same day as the series that will replace Death Note (and the first movie will be the Death Note Netflix adaptation). I've been thinking about movie reactions since I started the 2020 schedule but haven't found how to implement them with 9 shows as well. So, the solution is 8 shows and bi-weekly movies. As I type this, it does seem odd given the difficulties I've had with editing Sherlock but I'm hoping doing movies every 2 weeks helps with that.
I don't think there's anything else to mention. I feel like there was something else. Oh, well. I guess that's all for now. If you have any questions that you think I haven't addressed, leave a comment and I'll definitely answer.

That's been a plan since before I wanted to do movie reactions. I plan to watch LotR and Hobbit in the 6 weeks leading up to the Amazon series.
2020-04-01 16:36:54 +0000 UTCWell, most obvious suggestion I can make is the Lord of the Rings trilogy (and the Hobbit trilogy), as I know you haven't yet watched them, and it would set you up for reacting to the LOTR on Prime show whenever that starts in 2021/22.

2020-04-01 16:35:41 +0000 UTCWell, I have been making a list of possible movies like I do with shows. After the first 2, I'll open the choices up to polls. I'm gonna start with Netflix Death Note and Frozen. After that: Mad Max: Fury Road, Get Out, Fight Club, Gravity, It, Dunkirk, Harry Potter (saw them a few years ago but would enjoy a serious rewatch to really get into them), Ghost in The Shell, Your Name, The Wizard of Oz, King Kong, Cats. These are just some examples. I am open to suggestions as well.
