Viserion got killed, Dany wouldn't target the Night King directly, she doesn't know how much the WW power hinges on him. Back when Mirri Maz Duur fucked around with Dany she told her her womb would never quicken again, it was specifically stated. Jon is a few months older than Dany, even though she is his aunt.To be fair, at the time Sansa was foolishly believing Cersei and Joffrey, it wasn't until Ned's death that she began her slow education. Dany would't mind fucking a nephew, her parents were brother and sister.
