It was Nymeria, Arya saying "that's not you" is a callback to when Ned was telling her she'd be a lady and have sons who are kings and knights and Arya said "that's not me". She was asking Nymeria to be her pet again and come north with her, but then Nymeria leaves to be a wild pup, and Arya realizes that being a pet isn't Nymeria, like owner like direwolf, they don't fall in line.
