The Game of Faces is meant to train how to become a Faceless Man, to be no one means everything you say is true and none of it is, a Faceless Man can speak truth and lies as easily as breathing, allowing them to be anyone, anywhere. For Arya she isn't ready to be a Faceless Man yet, and be anyone she chooses and no one, but she is ready for the next stage of training, crafting a new false identity, a singular one. If she manages that she could take on more and more identities until she truly becomes no one at all, hence everyone, and thus a Faceless Man. Oberyn's paramour is Ellaria Sand. That's the thing with religious zealotry, there's not usually a huge burden of proof or chance of alternative perspective. I think in part Tommen is so reticent to use force because he's afraid of acting like his brother, he knew what a monster he was and he probably has some psychological damage from Joffrey bullying him so severely even, imagine being a young child growing up with a brother as brutal, unloving and abusive as Joffrey. The Hound's brother made him jaded , untrusting and vengeful, Tommen's made him subservient, beat down and unable to stand up for himself, King or no.
