This is definitely THE Christmas movie! Like, I've now watched a small handful of Christmas movies at this point but this was definitely the most cozy, positive, just very feel good movie. Perfect Christmas movie!

Note that this movie came out in 1947, right after WWII. The very touching moment between Kris and the little Dutch girl is that she is more than likely a refugee, and who knows what's become of her family in Holland.
