What an emotional rollercoaster this was π© From shock to sadness to pure anger, this was truly a wild ride, and yet a beautiful movie overall. I now completely understand why so many, especially here on Patreon, wanted me to watch this movie.
Also, I definitely have my fair share to say at the end, so that's one of the longer discussions I've had on my channel, don't mind meeee!

This one when I looked back when I was older is when I realized I was gay. Absolutely in love with Shug Avery as much as Celie. They were cute! Joined to watch full length.

This is such an amazing story about strong women (played by incredible actors) living in a heartbreaking world. When Shug and Celie started walking through that field of purple flowers, my breath caught. From that point the movie is pure joy.
