Recent downtime & Changelog 23.10.24

Thank you for all of your patience whilst TS was offline during the past week.
Unfortunately, due a combination of legacy code and increased users (and attacks 😞) the old search function caused the website to timeout consistently.
I've now gone ahead and integrated x2 Elasticsearch servers that will handle the search moving forward, this has already greatly reduced the load during peak times.
Besides that update there were a couple of new features such as Dark mode and new charts for logged in users (vehicles page).
