I think Xander definitely is guilty of the flirting. He only kissed Julie on the cheek, though. Then she basically jumped him (under the influence of the house). That said... this is around the time I really started to lose any liking for Xander at all. Agree with Willow and Tara and everyone that Giles was incredibly sexy singing. His voice is incredible. <3
