The ship name is Spuffy, LOL. And yes, Anya knows what happened with Xander and Cordelia. Although she doesn't remember the world the wish conjured up and what happened there - other than Vampire Willow making an appearance in Doppelgangland and Anya putting together the pieces of why - Anya does in fact know what prompted the wish. The episode where she asked Xander to prom (The Prom), she said she was stuck as a teenager because it was Xander's fault for being unfaithful and causing Cordelia to want vengeance. It can be surmised from there that she heard all the details, too, because she was hanging with Cordelia's former crowd, Harmony, Aura, etc. and there's NO way they wouldn't have been talking about it.
