Riley IS his first name. His name is Riley Finn. The check-in computer voice thingy just said it backwards, formally, like "Finn, Riley". Season 4 is considered to be a weaker season in general - but "The Initiative" is one of the best episodes of this season. :) So glad you enjoyed that scene between Willow and Spike, the metaphor is used so brilliantly <3
