There was a lot of questionable outfits back in the day! It's funny, so many people love 90's stuff today, but the don't truly capture the essence of it, which was kind of an "anything goes" vibe. I know..I was a teen then! (Not to say you don't know...just saying for any of the younger people out there that don't).

Playing someone 4 years younger isn't too much of a stretch, but you can see in many episodes where the wardrobe personnel endeavored to make her look the teenage part. In other episodes, you will see where they utterly failed, because sometimes Buffy dresses like a middle-aged woman, LOL. Particularly with her hairstyle, whenever she puts it up in a glamorous updo. You caught one of the documented goofs of the series! The changing birthdate of Buffy Summers.
