so happy you committed to watching this show! appreciate it man :) also sorry for commenting this, since I know it probably happens a lot but if you are ever in the mood to check out Hannibal (the show, which is 3 seasons), its fantastic! it is also shot beautifully and Hannibal's cooking in the show will make you think meals made from human meat is yummy lmao. its super fcked up, but boy is it a ride! anyway, thanks for posting content

2024-08-08 00:44:25 +0000 UTCabout Alec's feelings for Jace Alec never had real romantic feelings for Jace, it was just a 'crush', largely because Jace was the only boy his age around, and he knew they would never get together (being gay is already a big no-no for a shadowhunter, plus it's forbidden for parabatais to have romantic feelings for each other), thus he could deny his sexuality, and not have to face having a real relationship, by telling himself that he was 'faithful to Jace' everything changed when he met Magnus, obviously, and also, Jace and Alec had a really good and sweet talk about it in books early on, but unfortunately they skipped that in the show :(
