This is again an episode that feels like a set up for future events. Shadowhunters are very good with world building and every now and again you have an episode that is not too exciting but lays the building blocks for future episodes. I love Head of the Institute Alec when he lifts his brows and leans in to give his warning in a lower tone. He did the same with Aldertree. ❤️

2024-08-03 17:40:37 +0000 UTCone fun little detail I really like is how Magnus'es magic isn't blue anymore, it's yellow/gold now because of Lorenzo! and in the books it says that the color of a warlock's magic is a personal choice, Magnus apparently tried different colors at some point, but blue always felt "right" for him 😌
