She blames Aegon for not having wisdom after emotionally and physically abusing him, forcing him to marry his own sister, forcing him to take the throne, proclaiming that he is not her son. Yes, Aegon has done terrible things, and is not fit to be a king, but she was the one who poisoned her children against Rhaenyra's and now says he is not a good king after putting him there and giving him no training or love at all.

Like Criston said last episode, Riverlands is the key to the war and harrenhal is the key to the riverlands. He is there to get an army for Rhaenyra which she currently does not have.
