2024-05-08 01:58:53 +0000 UTCThis episode is okay. I don't dislike it. It is pretty slow. I don't like the whole "luck" thing either. I do, of course, have another criticism. I always do. I don't like how the showrunners are throwing so much shade at Dean and his abilities this season. It's been growing since season 12. Shifting away from Dean's incredible skills and throwing him into being a lackluster tough guy backing up Sam. Dean has always been just as smart as Sam, in his own way. No way is Sam "better at everything". They each have things they excel at that they bring to the table. That's what makes them such a great hunting team. Dean is the better hunter, overall. Sam is the better researcher and most things to do with info/lore, etc. But, Dean can hold his own in that regard. We've seen that. When he needs to. Dean has relegated himself to the "muscle" part of the team, but it isn't really all he brings, and I hate it when the show insinuates that it is.
