Another Richard Speight directed ep, aaayy. That scene between Michael and the woman in the red dress was great. Definitely his best scene yet. Bro Michael is just way better this episode, damn. Jensen’s killing it. Jack’s scene with his grandparents fucked me up, oof. Oh damn, it seems this is actually Dean. I was suspicious, but I can put those theories away now I guess. Mrs Kline was in the show twice before, but I was also sure I had heard her voice specifically somewhere. Maybe she sounds like someone else that I can’t place right now. Lydia (the vamp that talked to the squad) was also in The Kissing Booth and Black Sails. 17!

2024-05-03 10:00:59 +0000 UTCI'm thinking that it's a good thing there are so few angels. That really limits what Michael can do. So, seems like he's working on an alternative, using monsters. I was really eager to see what they did with Dean!Michael. I'd been waiting years for this to happen, so I was really stoked. But, I should have realized that it wouldn't last. Just like with Demon Dean, it didn't last. The showrunner's have said that they didn't think the audience would stand for more than a couple episodes without Dean. ugh Such wasted opportunity! As usual, it seems like the writer's are having trouble delivering on all the hype and expectation. Or maybe it's just the show being unable to do anything more expansive. But it is typical for the show. Their visions are bigger than the reality. Or it's because it's network tv. And CW on top of that. Oh, Cas and Lucifer were never friends. He hates Lucifer, but had to work with him.
