Yes. I think dropbox made some changes in the last year and I don't think he has tried it since. I remember it was necessary to download longer eps. in the past from dropbox to watch it, but it definitely changed like you said about it working for other reactors.

2024-02-01 10:19:55 +0000 UTCNow I know why you're not using Dropbox for these. Not really a time issue for the Gen V episodes, since most of them are under 1 hour. But I expect that the full video could still be over an hour. I don't know how it's done, but another Reactor is able to have videos on their dropbox that are over 1 hour and still viewable for anyone.
