So this build is a HUGE 64x64 lot (don't worry there is space to make it a 50x50 if you don't have a 64x64 available). It has taken me months to complete and I really hope that you all enjoy!
This is a IRL Apartment complex in Tulum. In this tropical build there are 5 gorgeous apartments with private splash pools and a full kitchen for a weekend away with your sims and their whims!

I am working on uploading the second build for this month this weekend but FYI it's been a hell of a month. I bough my first home and while packing my doggie got super stressed so after 5 vet visits (no joke) he's finally feeling better. Then between moving and everything I came down with Covid 2 weeks ago. It hit me pretty bad so I'm sorry for not communicating with you all this month, it's just been crazy.
**This build is being sent to tier II & III Patrons. Tomorrow I will upload the 2nd build for Tier I and above for July**
