2024-02-07 17:49:51 +0000 UTCA strange finale, but successfully sets up for next season at least. Last episode was definitely better imo. A lot of cool moments in this one for me, like Chuck’s “now’s kind’ve all we got.” Dean’s “you’re our brother, Cas, and I want you to know that” got me too. A beautiful moment. The one that got me the most though was the Winchester hug. “You love chick flicks.” “Yeah, you’re right. I do. Come here.” Goddamn. Also the magic word for Rowena’s spelled crystal was “haggis” LOL. I’m stoked to see Mary alive because it’s such a big question mark regarding how it could affect the show and the dynamic. Been saving this one for this ep because of the context. The actress who plays Billie is a Canadian actress who got her start on Degrassi. From what I remember from convention Q&As, she was a massive fan of the show and was living her best life being in it, especially when she got to shoot on the bunker set. I think she may have been pointing things out onset and talking to the cast and crew about when it was used and what it was. I’d have to double check by looking through convention videos though. 17! Makes me laugh every finale. But it’s technically still possible.
