An okay motw on the boys’ side, and an okay mythos episode on the hell side. I thought Sister Mathais was a great actress, she felt natural imo. I didn’t really think she was all that suspicious to start with, honestly. Overall this episode and its contents aren’t largely important to me. I don’t think one would really miss anything if they were to skip it, aside from Rowena knowing the grand coven doesn’t matter and starting to practice magic again (I think). And her knowing the boys are MoL. A few small thoughts I had: Why did this man in the intro not close the fridge when he went to talk to his wife, and why did his wife not chastise him for it? Smh, my guy. You aren’t made of money. Since when can ghosts make the bodies they’re possessing glitch forward like a ghost? I don’t think we’ve seen that before. The grand coven sound like the Malfoys, with their pureblood mentality. Rowena had a child with a muggle and they were like “nah.” I def say “mum”, basically my entire family are Scots. I’ve never said “mummy” though. The actress who played Isabella (the ghost) is also a casting coordinator, and she went on to do said job for season fifteen of the show. 17!

2023-12-12 23:30:53 +0000 UTCI always found the nun's performance a little odd. I just can't really put my finger on why. Other than the confessional, I'm not a huge fan of this MOTW. I know that the show wasn't intending for this, but I fully take this as confirmation that Dean is bi. I mean come on. And him not being able to tell Sam at the end. I think the reason I'm so attached to Dean being bi, is I was watching through this when I was first struggling with coming out, and I always related to Dean so hard. It's not like they don't leave plenty of breadcrumbs to pick up, insinuating that Dean is bi 😋 Great reaction as always! Sending happy thoughts <3 P.S. 15
