The downstairs features a bar and dark oak with two dining patios outdoors.
The second floor features a bright espresso caffé with three upstairs dining patios.
In the basement you'll find the kitchen with three wood ovens and chef's table along with a wine press and vault.
Tray files will be sent to Tier III and above, please send a DM to request this as the 1 or 2 builds per month for Tiers II and I :) If not, I will choose the 1 or 2 builds next week to send to make sure you get this month's content!

TBR This Weekend
Last build of the month is an Art Galley/Bar with a street Art Walk. Food trucks and stalls, picnic tables, craft tables, art display boards, easels and street graffiti!
