I really like the actor who plays Zeke, I think he does a great job. I'm less impressed with Jared's version though.... I think Dean trying to save Sam is perfectly reasonable, and it bugs me that he gets so much shit for it. Sam literally said when he started the trials that he saw "light at the end of the tunnel" and told Dean that he wanted to live through them. Point blank. And then, the last time Dean saw Sam conscious, Sam decided to not kill himself. Which also bugs me when people act like it was a shitty thing Dean did "stopping" Sam from KILLING HIMSELF. Also, Sam made the choice. It's not like Dean fucking tackled him or anything, he just asked him not to. But then apparently the gates of hell not being shut is all Dean's fault? It's messed up. Anyway, I don't understand why Dean gets crap for trying to save Sam. There was literally no reason for him to fucking choose to die, his death now accomplishes nothing, the trials are already over with. So why the fuck does everyone act like it's okay for him to just try to LITERALLY kill himself? If one of your loved ones was holding a fucking gun to their head, wouldn't you do everything possible to keep them from committing suicide? It's just ridiculous. Now, I don't agree with Sam lying about the whole thing, but I get that he doesn't see another way. Once again, he's throwing himself under the bus in order to save Sammy. I don't understand how people can act like he's a monster for keeping his brother from committing suicide. I also love this season's title card, it's honestly my favorite. I'm glad you enjoy it 😁 Dean's phone call with Cas is also lovely. He just wanted Cas to stay safe, he didn't even care about what went wrong. Great reaction as always!
