These will override the growing grapes around Tortosa and you will have to put in โTestingCheatTrueโ, โbb.ShowHiddenObjectsโ and โbb.ShowLiveEditObjectsโ to make these appear in your Buy/Build mode.
I also recommend putting in โBoneSimsโ in the search bar in Buy/Build mode so you do not have to search all of the Debug Items.
