This desert architectural masterpiece is based off Schmidt Architecture in collaboration with The Wiseman Group, located in Palm Springs, California. This is the 3rd build for November, available to Tier III and above Patrons and will be emailed to you.

This is my own spin off of the IRL build. It is designed for an architect/interior designer. The front area features a front door walk up along with an open office to the front courtyard for welcoming new clients. The home is designed as both an office and residence so that the residence is kept separate from the meeting and design room.

Technically a 5 bed 4 bath home. Spare rooms are used for the office/meeting room, a guest bedroom, another is lounge room with bookcases, massage table and manicure seat. The third spare room is a music lounge room with musical instruments, fireplace, records and vinyl player. Lastly is the home gym with a sauna. All rooms open to the concrete wrap around deck that connects to the backyard.

The backyard features multiple fireplaces, two outdoor dining areas, seating, a lap pool, lounges, and multiple desert viewing decks.
