Modern Desert Elements
Added 2021-07-31 22:53:52 +0000 UTCThis build is very near and dear to me. It is inspired by an AirBnB home, but with my own twist.
Lots of Mid Century Modern influence throughout along with a tropical/desert oasis feel. I wanted the main rooms to circle the pool. A cool secluded TV room off of the main entrance room which includes the kitchen, dining for eight, one sitting area in front of the fire place and a sunken sitting area. Outside there is a BBQ, Bar, pool, second office, soaking tub, outdoor shower, sitting areas, fire pit, and Jacuzzi. There is an office inside the main house, a guest/artist bedroom which can be made into a baby's room. Gallery walls span the home with few walls left plain, as the elements are another art.
This build includes a lot of items from Aggressive Kitty, HelStudio and a few by CWB so make sure to be subscribed to those creators and have those items downloaded in order to have the build look the same in your game.
Also consider downloading all items from MXIMS, SYB, Eniosta, Sunday, Raventons, Novvvas and KHD as I frequently use their CC and do not reupload CC or Mods unless they are disconnected/no longer available. Check out Minc for a few of her doors that show up in game along with the ones linked in the CC list.
