2023-04-24 22:23:39 +0000 UTCI love when Ward’s telling Sarah what happened on the boat (after she was confronted by John B) when she asks him not to lie, Ward stumbles through his words during the parts where he’s describing the next event. Good way to show he’s improvising, and I think it was acted in a very non-cheesy way when it could have looked wack. Also the way he tried to manipulate Sarah there, damn. “I know you have feelings for him…” I’m not mad at Pope; if I had spent my whole life working for something and in six hours I was either going to get it, or be painted as the guy who shouldn’t be trusted with it, I’m going. John B wasn’t necessarily in immediate danger, and he should know *this* was important to Pope. That shot of inside the crew’s van, then the exterior shot of the crew’s van, then an interior shot of the Cameron van was nice. The shots and editing of this show is impressing me a lot. The ending to this episode is nuts. Love how intense shit was between everyone, and Sarah even physically showing where she stands in this situation by being basically wrapped in John B’s arms. I did roll my eyes when Rafe showed up, but I’m definitely willing to see where this goes. Def hope Peterkin isn’t dead, I love her. I’m a bit biased because it’s Adina Porter, but still.
