The security guard's job is to prevent any altercations from happening at the shindig, so you think he wouldn't walk away if he knew that a guy (Dean) is about to walk in on his wife cheating..... I think they could have made Gert awesome, if only they hadn't made her so handsy. I'm assuming the Colt can't work on a ghost, because it wouldn't hit anything. Dean really is in denial right now. He's focusing on what he can focus on, like Sam being ok, to avoid thinking about going to hell. Great reaction as always! Sending happy thoughts <3

Also killing her minimizes the damage(demon can't make anymore deals or kill its meat suits family). Depending on how long she was possessed and what the demon made her do the women was probably even thankful to sam.

More fun motw type stuff with a good conversation at the end between the boys. Dean's locked smile during the conversation in the car is so sad. As others have said, I believe the deal with the Colt is a corporeal thing. Ghosts can't be killed with normal bullets, and so super-killing bullets don't work either. But if they're corporeal, they'll die. Like that woman the demon was possessing last episode, which was wild. Sam straight up murdered a woman because a demon made him angry, fuckin' eh. Peter also played a character called "Dave Stomach Wound" in The Revenant, and I think that is top notch. 17!

2023-04-17 23:14:41 +0000 UTC(01:50) About the actor of the doctor from last episode: I always think of his character in TVD, where he played the gemini circle leader/father of Kai, Jo, Liv and Luke. The "Somebody stole my car" Dean hyperventilating moment - iconic. "Don't objectify me." - 1. one to talk 2. iconic (again) I don't think the colt works for ghost-like stuff. I think it has to be used on a being that has/possesses a physical form. Bela and Dean certainly have some chemistry in their interactions. I especially liked their whole part of the party sequence. It's always so confusing for me to see how Bela's name is written, because I always would write it Bella the way it's pronounced. I only know the Bela version as a male name that would be pronounced differently (one can actually hear the difference when typing Bela into google translate english/german.) 2023-04-17 22:35:08 +0000 UTCTwo reason why they can't use the colt. First the colt can kill anything but with the caveat that there is a body involved. The creature has to have a body or be possessing one otherwise the bullet would pass right through. Remember in season one we saw the bullet go through azazel while he was in rosey the baby's burning home.The second reason is that Bela is a thief who would definitely try to steal the gun. As for what they did to make the colt work again. I don't know if the show mentioned it but I don't think its a major plot point so if you want to know keep reading. If I remember correctly I believe that ruby and Bobby created a ritual that enchants a bullet and etches into said bullet copies of the runes that were on the colts original 12bullets.
