Equip with a surf shop, bike and scooter rental, a board shop with surf boards and skate boards. An ice cream parlor, Starbucks, tattoo parlor Wendy's, champagne room, beach RND vapor wave dive bar, S3 - restaurant, a jazz club, tropical lounge, hookah lounge, dance club, top floor pool dance bar and a rooftop gym.
For this build I would recommend downloading Basemental Drugs to complete the headshop (totally optional!) DL
Also here is the Skateboarding mod for your sims to skate on the boardwalk DL
