I think Jensen does an incredible job, and I love the development for Dean's character. You can really see some of Dean's self-esteem issues come through in the fantasy, with the whole drinking theme in his fantasy. His favorite beer being El Sol becomes a thing, and it becomes fun spotting the El Sol bottles when they put it in. Finally in the home stretch! Can't believe how much progress we've made! The question of “why do we have to save everyone” is a heavy one, like you said it’s a shitty hand they’ve been dealt (in some ways) to have to save everyone. It’s not fair and I think shows just how much Dean wishes it wasn’t the case (and how much he wants a “normal” life despite what he’s previously said) I loved seeing Jessica and Mom again, even tho it hurts my heart lol Sam and Jessica have always been so perfect together in my head even tho we’ve seen so little of her I’m so excited to watch the next two episodes with you. This episode (imo) sets up the next ones very well. They are definitely some of my favourite final eps we get. Side note, I LOVE mints with iced cold water. It’s so crisp and like an Arctic blast in your mouth lol

We have Sunday family dinners every week. My sister is litterally my best friend and Ispend as much time as I can living in the moment. I learned the hard way the regrets you feel not telling the ppl you love you love them or forgiving them! We only get to love the ppl we have while we have them so never take a second of time for granted!! ❤️ People I’m close to call me Face because I constantly tell ppl I love their face!

It’s a trope that I really enjoy when it’s done well, and this show has a near-perfect clear rate for me, if my memory serves. Also the girl of Dean’s dreams being a supermodel he saw in an ad is very on brand, love it. The plates on the impala did change, they mentioned in the beginning of the episode that they ditched their plates and credit cars because of the Henriksen’s team following them. I guess that carried over into the Jinn world? Two part finale let's go! It’s funny that you mention him looking like Zod, because the actor who played the Jinn played Jax-Ur (Zod’s sort of mindless strongman) in Man of Steel! The victim they save went on to be Wynonna Earp, which is kind of cool. She’s also another person who’s been in a Saw movie, which is a trend I didn’t expect to see. Carmen was in Shazam! too. 17!

XD You're not wrong about the license plate. I love this episode. We get to see into Dean's head again, I always like that. He was so precious being happy about mowing the lawn. And then the emotional beats, especially Dean's speech at John's grave and the talk he had with Sam at the end. Hope you have an amazing day. Bex PS: 12

The djinn grants his "wish" his mom being alive, but all the rest of the details aare being generted by his brain. The positives in his new life are his "wish" and carmen. Carmen is just deans brain saying hes hot. Now lets look at the negitives. Deans thinks he woukd be a drunken gambler whos so screwed up he would steal from his brother and mom. Not to mention the whole prom night debacle. He believes without hunting his brother wouldnt put up with him. Luckily a part of him knows thats all crap because even with dean crafting a relationship with sam in the "wish" that is so far removed from realityit resembles the distance between earth and pluto wish Sam still rides shotgun with dean as dean heads into danger
