I wanted to share what I have been working on for this month's release. This is a beach vacation rental that I designed with the master bedroom on the third floor, a plunge infinity pool, Jacuzzi, a lounge deck with tanning chairs, a couch area, lounge bed with a fire pit.
On the second floor you'll find the living, kitchen and dining room with spectacular views all day and night long. There is a second large infinity pool, a lounge deck, and outdoor dining area. The living room has a grand fire place and you'll find a bar with a breakfast bar table.
On the first floor is the grand entrance with a Steinway and Sons grand piano, a sitting area with a fire place and ocean views. There is also an office, guest bedroom with two twin beds for teens or children, an adult guest bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a toddler's room with two beds and toilet. There is the garage located on the ground level, with workout equipment and a sauna.
Outside on the ground level there are lounge beds with sunset views and wine holder. On the other side of the deck you'll find a fireplace with sofa, a grill with a dining area, a bar with bar stools and five lounging/tanning chairs. There is a step down entrance to the ocean and to enter the electric boat.
On the roof are message tables, sunning/lounge chairs and yoga mats for the best views while relaxing.

There will be a large lot release of a beach walk with parking, a clothing surf shop, bike and moped rental shop, a surf board and skate shop, restaurant with upstairs jazz lounge, bar, Starbucks, ice cream shop, hookah lounge, tattoo parlor, smoke shop, club with a beach view deck, second dining restaurant with a beach view deck, and top floor gym. There is a small boardwalk to bike or skate down and a beach entrance with showers.
