That's pretty damn cool! I'll have to look them up. I can 100% see what's goin on in Deans head, but since Sam is the one bein a little more vocal he's easier to rock with for the time being

Yes. I remember him from The 100. He died trying to protect his people right?

The actor that plays Eli was also in The 100. Can’t remember his name but he was Lincoln’s friend and helped Octavia.
This is a good episode. I don’t think you’re paying much attention to what is happening with Dean. Seems like you’re way more interested in Sam. That’s fine but for me it gets frustrating. To each their own, I guess. The series gets better and better as it continues, maybe things will change. Thanks for being awesome!

Loved your air quotes XD
(04:19) Was this the first time we heard Dean call the impala "baby"?
(05:17) Since the word "Bratwurst" is german (literally translates to fried sausage btw) I feel I'm authorized to say he really really looks like a classic bratwurst eating person.
Lol I completely forgot Sterling K. Brown was in Black Panther. I always think of the show This is us (he got an emmy, golden globe and critic's choice for that role). Also "This is us" is such an incredibly good show in general, really emotional but sooooo good and Sterling K. Brown kills it as Randall on that show for sure.
I like that this episode opens a whole new look for the brothers on their lives and what they do, with the aspect of 'maybe not all monsters are necessarily evil and deserve death'.
Have an amazing day.

PS: nope definitely haven't had every number yet. I'll stick with my 12.
Funnily I was at a birthday party yesterday and at some point we were talking about the mathematical side of how likely it is to roll a specific number on a dice roll etc etc and I was just sitting there thinking about my 12 XD

I like this episode. BENNNNNNYYYY!!! Trippy.
The actor playing Eli plays a different character a couple years down the line. I love how much Supernatural recycles actors, on a rewatch you always catch ones you've missed :p
Naturally I'm a big fan of how much we focus on Dean this episode. Someone needs to give that man a hug.
Great reaction as always!
Sending you happy thoughts <3

Love the guy that plays Gordon. I think he makes this episode great, as well as the clashing of heads he sort of invokes in the brothers. That stuff was always there obviously, but Gordon sort of brought it to the surface. Obviously Gordon is twisted, but goddamn the performance is great.
The concept of grey areas is super important and this episode shows that really well, I think. It’s similar to the Hellhouse episode, where they wondered how many things they hunt only exist because people believe in them. Even if those questions don’t *broaden* the scope of the universe, they definitely sharpen it; bring the finer details into focus, and I love that. Also Ellen is a character that can def be pleasant to have on screen, it was cool having her show up for a minute here.
Apparently Lenore was also a decently big character on Buffy, which is cool. A lot of horror references are done on this show, including casting, it’s awesome.
17!
