I specialize in large IRL concept builds for The Sims 4 using custom CC along with Sims - Events, including:

When you first sign up for my Patreon you will be initially charged for your membership. This is because Patreon automatically gives access to my builds upon your pledge and I have had former Patrons sign up and cancel their membership after downloading the lots and without being charged. For this reason I have to set up the initial charge at sign up, and then you will be charged again at the beginning of the next month. For instance, if you sign up on the 30th or 31st you will be charged on that day and again at the beginning of the next month, which could be the following day.

I ask that my Patrons consider also pledging to Aggressive Kitty, Hel Studio and CowBuild as I do not upload others CC and these objects are only accessible if you pledge to them, otherwise you risk that your build may not look the same, but this is totally up to you! You will still have access to the tray and a CC List of all the other CC needed to complete the build. I am sorry for the inconvenience if you are used to builders grouping all of the CC in the download, this is against a lot of creator’s TOUs, and I stand by abiding by the guidelines of the community.
