La Ostra Negra : The Black Oyster 30x40

It is designed after The Oyster Box, a luxury hotel located in Africa with four dining areas for your different moods. Giraffes, monkeys, peacocks roam the grounds freely and find yourself making friends with a blue macaw or multi-colored parrot. Since this lot is CC it is not able to be a functional restaurant as the game glitches. I am in the process of finding and replacing the CC needed to turn it into a functional restaurant and will re-release the tray files when I do.
