oh I can understand that completely. I think Dr. Linda had the best reaction for me. Seemed the most real for a bit

Of course they were both manipulated, but in the end, Dan was direct.. he was scared but he went and try to kill Lucifer, without pretending that everything was ok in front of him and without even lieing... Cloe's reaction was understandable but for me it's still the worse of all in the show...

I wasn't sure about Pete, he just kept turning up and seemed too perfect so although I wanted a nice guy for Ella, I wasn't sure it was him but at this stage, I had hope. Luci dropping his guard and realising his vulnerability could be dangerous if he couldn't protect Chloe was interesting and I looked forward to how that played out. The final scene with Dan was so good and Luci seemed to know it was inevitable as he didn't try to stop him...I thought that was intriguing. Kevin Alejandro AKA Dan Espinoza directed the next episode ' Spoiler Alert'! Are you treating season 5A as one season and so doing a review of the eight episodes or are you carrying straight on and reviewing at the end of 16 episode? They were released as two separate blocks. In fact I recall we waited about 18 months for 5B after watching 5A...it was torture! Appropriate!

I feel for Dan cause like we saw with Linda, Michael's "power" is based on fear and he used that to manipulate a emotionally fragile Dan unfortunately. Rewatching s5 with you has really shown how much good it is and I can't wait for the next episode and the following of s5 to come. Really great stuff I think your going to enjoy.
