2022-12-12 02:26:10 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! I am so happy that you didn’t condemn Chloe for saying yes to Pierce (as many did), and seemed empathetic to how she is feeling. She has always had to be the responsible adult even as a kid, and yet she accepted her feelings for Lucifer (whose lifestyle is not compatible with raising a young daughter) many times only to be rebuffed and now crushed again just as he got her hopes up. Now here is an attractive, “steady” man who has been making her happy for several weeks (which is still a short timeframe, though more than a few days), and he caught her on the rebound right after being devastated by Lucifer again. An engagement is not yet a marriage, and Lucifer needs to work for her. The next few episodes are wild, and as been said, this season finale is the best!
