Malcolm had a breathing tube (trach tube) at his neck, not a feeding tube. His feeding tube would have been fed directly into his stomach on his left side.

Plenty of Dr Linda this episode for you! Thanks for a very insightful reaction- you really worked out how Dan might be involved from a look on his face- Kudos again. Much of this Show often gives nuanced clues in different ways about certain things and I have found many don't pick up on those clues straightaway (myself included...sometimes I rewatch and see something I missed before) so I am impressed how much you seem to notice quickly and think about what that means. The writers are very talented in this Show. As to the 'villain' of the cases being the first one they often meet- well hold that thought- many Lucifans noticed the same and the writers always listen to the fans and troll us too! You said it seems a good spread of the other characters being involved in the story, and you will find this continues and as we learn more about Lucifer, we also learn more about the other characters and it is fun how they begin to relate to and interact with each other. I am hyped for tomorrow's episode which is my favourite from season 1 and one of my favourites from all the seasons too and I cannot wait to see what you make of it.
