4 - The First Heresies of the High Middle Ages; Monastic Reform, Spiritual Warfare, and the Church Militant

The first half is on the first group of heretics to burn in the High Middle Ages, that is, the Orleans Heresy of the early 11th century. The second half is on the rise of Monasticism, Spiritual Warfare, and the Church Militant.
Note: The audio is a bit garbled in the first few minutes of the recording (this happens when I stood in front of the whiteboard instead of the podium), but it quickly clears up for the duration of the rest of the lecture.
