So I’m now an Archangel, and just in time! Still working thru your thesis and the 2nd half of your perennial collaboration video. Non Sequitur! Drinking 1 ounce of water per lb of weight minimum will help with sinus congestion. You’ll have to increase that if you’re a coffee drinker or after any alcohol. Just match the extra coffee or booze volume with extra water. And if it’s a drier climate where you’re at in Canada, get a humidifier for your space especially for sleeping. That should also help. Sorry if I’m channeling your Mom! 🤣
