We could also see Elena in that scene with Damon when he came close she was so into it and as u said stop starring at his lips lol there definitely are some feelings there...

Klaus really meant it when he said “It seems like you’re the only comrade I have left”. I just see a bond between them in that scene and klaus seems to really like Stefan it’s twisted but ya...

2021-02-27 23:21:57 +0000 UTCVampire Hearing: Much like vampire speed, can be switched on and off. I think it would drive a vampire mad if he could hear like everything at that increased volume all the time. Stefan heard Elena/Damon/Alaric because he was actively 'reaching out' his hearing cause he was looking for the zombie wolf man. Klaus was preoccupied with his own agenda and anger about his hybrids not working correctly . Plus he's on a fricken mountain in the middle of nowhere and has mistakenly decided to trust Stefan had taken care of the Damon following them problem. Now there are a couple exceptions to the hearing thing that I have noticed. I think some vampires depending on the personality in general tend to be 'listening' more often and on a sort of subconscious level. One of those is Caroline. She tends to hear alot of things even though they don't show her actively listening all the time. I think it makes perfect sense. Caroline is a busy body. Of course she'd be eavesdropping. The other person I've seen that subconscious listening thing is Katherine. Which again makes perfect sense because she is super paranoid and would have hypervigilant hearing.
