Summer Plans (May '17 Update)
Added 2017-05-16 23:06:37 +0000 UTCHello you beautiful and amazing Patrons!
As the school year winds down, the two of us are getting ready for a summer full of great new content.
From Red, expect more Misc Myths, including such favorites as Hercules, Sundiata, and the epic of Mwindo! Also, more Trope Talks on topics like the Rule of Three and Smart Guy archetype!
This summer, Blue is hunkering down for a 10-week video-making marathon, dissecting at the histories of the civilizations everyone knows exist but knows nothing about. So get ready for a thorough historical mythbusting of Africa, the Vikings, the Samurai, the Mongols, the Mesoamerican empires, and more!
For you long-time viewers out there, the two of us are also going to revisit some of our old favorites for an HD re-release. So get ready for updated videos on The Iliad, the Greeks (From Persia to Alexander), The Odyssey, and the Romans! Expect the first new History Summarized by mid-June. Though we can't say for sure when the other ones will come out, we're absolutely hyped to do them.
Also, for those of you in the higher-up tiers who have yet to claim all of your rewards, shoot us a message and we'll get to work on your personalized drawings and voice recordings.
And finally, if there are other kinds of videos you want to see from us, sound off in the comments, whether it's more dramatic readings, another OSPlays, or whatever else your heart desires.
Good luck to those of you still taking finals, and thank you for your continued support. The more generous people like you all we have supporting us, the more time we can dedicate to making the educational videos you love to watch.

Heh, when I requested a video on the Epic of Mwindo, I just figured I'd request a myth from a different part of the world from the ones you'd covered already, but with two other heroic epics being covered in the same timeframe, it sort of fits thematically. Funny how that worked out. :)
