The catalyst scene with the Step-Father is officially done, and itβs an absolute fountain of animations. That single scene alone contains 48 animations. Yes, you read that right β forty-eight.
This update is shaping up to be rich in visual content, and now that the catalyst is wrapped, Iβm shifting focus to the scenes that follow.
The idea is simple, but powerful: Pearl has been a reactive protagonist until now β and while that has its place, itβs not great storytelling on its own. From this point on, things are changing. Pearl is starting to make choices, take initiative, and become the one who drives the story forward.
