Thanks to your early ‘heads-up’ videos of the incompetent CCP government, I managed to purchase a couple of boxes (only a couple) of masks from my local diy store, plus a few boxes of nylon gloves. (I also had a couple of boxes of masks back from the SARS threat days!) Friends and family took the piss out of me in a friendly way. Which was fine. ...Last week, two members of my family picked up a few masks and a box of gloves each from the end of my drive. (Maintaining social distance of course !) It feels bizarre to wonder out to the local supermarket with the mask and gloves on, plus shades/glasses for eye protection but I’m getting used to it. Best to minimise the risk of infection and all that. Webcams are also in low supply now due to the nature of working from home, family communication, etc. A friend needed one and asked if I could get one. I found a website that had 50+ in stock. Did I bulk buy? No. Did my friend bulk buy? No. He only bought one. Unfortunately I doubt many other buyers will feel the same way. Thanks for your videos. It’s a sunny Easter weekend and I’m thankful and lucky for at least having a garden I can chill out in. At the end of all of this, I sincerely hope governments around the world readjust their interactions/approach/trade/reliance with the CCP and WHO. Something positive needs to come of this.
