Had a production breakdown with this so a reasonable rough draft is unlikely until tomorrow. But here's the 1st 10 minutes of what's gonna be a very good video for the love.

Hey Blair. I'm sorry that this situation disappoints you. I am disappointed to, this issue has been a cloud hanging over a video that I was very proud of, and it has caused me to be engaged with issues and people that I would rather be apart from. The totality of my feelings and views can't be contained in a single comment, so I will eventually make a video about it. I just want to say that I interviewed DJ Muel before his Xanderhal video, and probably would not have done that had I been more aware of the full breadth of the turmoil surrounding him. I don't think he should have attempted to create a narrative around Xanderhal's experience, but I also don't it’s accurate to characterize DJ Muel as an "abuse enabler" as he is being called. Beyond that, I ask for grace in knowing that I cannot always please everyone in every decision I make. I appreciate your criticism.

Lending DJ Muel your credibility, on this subject no less, really makes me feel sick. Especially seeing you double down on him and dismiss people like me, just makes me really confused given your past takes on DV issues and seeming awareness of the nuance and sensitivity of the subject to survivors myself. I really enjoy your content and I'd understand if you just made a mistake, but seeing you ignore the subject really makes me question why I'm a fan, let alone a Patreon supporter. You don't owe me anything, I just wanted to voice my hurt since comments you've made on the subject seem to think the only people hurt by this are some dumb faux-left debate bro reactionary sphere, and not people who've stayed silent about my past out of fear of takes like those voiced by DJ Muel
