Significant trends of outward migration from Venezuela have been observed since the beginning of the Bolivarian Revolution, but it wasn’t really until 2017-ish that it became the “crisis” that it is frequently described as. That doesn’t seem to line up with the timelines of different targeted sanctions (thinking 2005, 2019). Any insight is appreciated, thanks!!

I reject every intervention, every meddling in Venezuela. That said I don't trust Maduro either. I don't know if they are legit but even a communist party there has said Maturity Maduro's party tried to hinder their own primaries. Besides maduro seems kind of reactionary and not much of a socialist. Not that the opposition is any better, mind you
