I resonated so much wtih Yugopnik's methods to avoid burnout, I had never conceptualized my own behavior like that but it rang true with me! I am exhausted thinking about hanging out with many of my local friends past 8PM but I have friends from other far-flung reaches of the world who I stay up with all night partying when we are together, super real to just lean into that truth. As for your own personal revelations, I hope you take breaks when you need to, and hope that it's not the fan base pressuring you to create content that keeps you from resting. We all know this system gives no fucks about rest of course so that's a whole other thing. Hopefully we as patrons can help fund your projects so that you CAN rest, take breaks, and be in the movement for the long haul.
